Application

The geophone is an electromechanical conversion device that converts seismic waves transmitted to the ground or water into electrical signals. It is a key component for field data acquisition of seismographs. Electric geophones are generally used in land seismic exploration, and piezoelectric geophones are generally used in offshore seismic exploration.

The geophone is composed of a permanent magnet, a coil and a spring sheet. The magnet has strong magnetism and is the key component of the geophone; the coil is made of copper enameled wire wound on the frame and has two output terminals. It is also a geophone The key part of the device; the spring piece is made of special phosphor bronze into a certain shape and has a linear elastic coefficient. It connects the coil and the plastic cover together, so that the coil and the magnet form a relative moving body (inertial body). When there is mechanical vibration on the ground, the coil moves relative to the magnet to cut the magnetic force line. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, an induced electromotive force is generated in the coil, and the magnitude of the induced electromotive force is proportional to the relative motion speed of the coil and the magnet. The simulation of the coil output The electrical signal is consistent with the speed change law of the ground mechanical vibration.

The EG-4.5-II geophone 4.5Hz is a low-frequency geophone, and the coil system is a rotating coil structure, which can well eliminate the lateral impact force.

The geophone are suitable for various vibration measurement fields such as geophysical prospecting and engineering vibration measurement.

It can be used as single point geophone and also Three component geophone.

There are two forms of vertical wave and horizontal wave, which can be applied flexibly.

It is equivalent to SM-6 B coil 4.5hz geophone.

Widely used in industrial vibration-monitoring systems.

Ideal choice for shear-wave horizontal elements.
